Music Makers Teachers required

We are looking to employ enthusiastic teachers to deliver our KS1 Foundation Course. Developed over the last two years and taught in groups of 12 pupils (max), Music Makers uses singing and instruments to help pupils acquire vocal, aural and theory awareness. The aim of Music Makers is to provide an excellent foundation for starting to learn an instrument in Year 2.

Whilst training will be given it is important that applicants enjoy teaching at KS1 and are able to teach larger groups. The successful candidates will be enthusiastic, reliable, committed individuals who are excellent at communicating with children and adults. Successful candidates will be subject to enhanced CRB checks.

Recorder Teachers required

We are also looking to employ enthusiastic recorder teachers to teach a range of abilities and ages from beginner to grade 4. Knowledge of suitable teaching material and the ability to inspire are desirable.

Our policy is to teach all pupils in groups (max 4 per group) until they reach grade 2. Applicants should be able to demonstrate that they have experience of group teaching in a school environment.

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, reliable, and committed individual who is excellent at communicating with children and adults. The successful candidate will be subject to enhanced CRB checks.
